Although we give a lot of free information in our catalogues, guides and bulletins, you may still need more advice. In most cases we’re able to respond to technical queries over the phone or, if not, we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible with answers.

In the unlikely event of concern about a part, we’ll ask you to return the item, together with a full description of the fault. A full technical investigation will be carried out, and a report issued, in conjunction with analysis by the manufacturer if necessary.

As a free service, and of great interest to fitters and end-users, we offer Technical Bulletins and Service Guides, written by industry experts here at Brakeworld.

The bulletins cover various topics such as brake noise, brake judder, brake squeal and brake fade – all those symptoms that are not necessarily to do with brake wear, but can be difficult to diagnose.

You can read and download PDFs of these bulletins and guides with the links opposite.
